Click on the membership tab and then "Join now". Please make a note of your password as you will need it  each year when it is time to renew your membership.

When asked, please ensure that "Your club"  is "Walsall Gym Club" (NOT any other club - please be aware that there are other clubs with Walsall in their name so please be careful).

When asked what type of gymnastics please tick "Recreational" at a cost of £24.  You do not need the more expensive "competitive" membership as a new starter.

Please ensure that you have paid before you log out as you will not be insured to participate if you have registered but not paid.  

 

Everything else you need to know...

 

Fees are calculated over a twelve month period and then divided into twelve equal payments. The fees cover the cost of your child’s place, not their attendance. Please note; if they are away through illness, or if you go on holiday, the fees are still due. Fees for December/January will not be reduced, the annual cost of fees is divided into 12 equal payments and thus December and January fees are the same no matter how Christmas and New year fall each year.

If your child will be absent for more than 3 weeks please let us know. Even if you pay your fees, we cannot hold a place if you don’t attend without explanation. Please also advise us by email if your child no longer wishes to participate. We require 1 months notice before you cancel your membership/payments. All members must give 1 months notice if they wish to leave the club, please email (this email address) with 1 months clear notice and ensure all fees are paid up to this date. This will enable us to plan to fill your place and enable us to keep fees as low as possible. 

We guarantee that we will train 46 weeks of the year (excluding Pandemic related closures).

We close for Christmas, usually for two weeks, and Bank Holidays but remain open throughout all other school holidays. Although it rarely happens there may be occasions when we have to cancel sessions.

Adverse weather:- Please check the website or telegram (see below) regarding last minute closure.

 

Please note that all gymnasts are required to buy a leotard/ boys kit with shorts, within their first 4 weeks.

All urgent parent communications and reminders will be sent via telegram. We will not issue letters regarding events so please make sure you become a member so that your child does not miss opportunities to participate.
